1/ Order : After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.
2/ Check and validate : We will contact you by email within a few days. This message will be to have you validate your personalized order under the name provided, before it is manufactured. Otherwise known as: "proof approval". (Note: if the delays seem abnormally long, check your spam folder ).
3/ Receive: Upon receipt of your validation, we will proceed with the manufacture of your order; all you have to do is patiently wait for the postman.
Enter the person's name in the designated field and then have the gift delivered to their home, or receive it at your home to give it in person. In all cases, it is advisable to provide your email and phone number to ensure the discretion of our communications.
On the other hand , if you don't want to choose the model for the person, opt for the gift certificate that you will find here . They can be used on all collections and are valid for 1 year.
